We had Greg Gilmour from Little Wing Constructions undertake an entire renovation on our property in Frankston.
During this time Greg repaired and rebuilt rotten window and door frames, gutted and rebuilt bathrooms, put flooring down, built walls and generally oversaw the renovation. His trade skills are excellent. We cannot fault his workmanship, it was always executed to the highest degree.
Greg came up with many cost effective solutions when issues came up during the renovation (as they always do.) He was efficient, clean and his work ethic was exceptional. He is a problem solver. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
One of Greg’s great skills is his communication. He always kept us in the loop, communicated where we were up to in a timeline. Renovations are always a stressful time. Greg though, made our renovation as stress free as is possible. He would turn up on time, was always a pleasure to have in the house with an upbeat attitude, and delivered what he promised.
We have recommended Greg too many of our friends. We cannot praise him highly enough. We have since got Greg back to do smaller projects and will continue to use him as the need arises.
If you have any job in the home big or small, Greg is your one stop shop. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Greg work on our home.
